Because each order begins production specifically for you, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

Every Bloomzie Pop item is made to order just for you, which means we begin creating your purchase specifically for your order. Because of the personalized nature of our production process, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges, including customized and personalized items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please don't worry—we're committed to making it right!

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please let us know within 7 days of delivery.

To get started, simply visit our Contact Us page and include:

Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photos of the product, the shipping packaging, and any visible damage

We'll review your request as quickly as possible and work with you to find the best solution, whether that's a replacement or a refund.

To keep the process as simple as possible, returns usually aren't necessary. If we do request the item returned, we'll let you know and provide easy, step-by-step instructions.

Order Cancellations

We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Once production or printing has begun, we're unable to cancel your order, as it has already been created specifically for you.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may take a few business days to process and post the refund.

Product Care & Responsibility

Our products are designed to be enjoyed, but we cannot be responsible for damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper handling, modifications, or normal wear and tear after delivery.

Many of our items are created using PLA, a plant-based material that can soften or warp if exposed to high temperatures. To help your item last as long as possible, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to heat, such as leaving it inside a hot vehicle or in direct sunlight for extended periods.

Handmade & 3D Printed with Care

Every Bloomzie Pop product is individually 3D printed and finished with care. Because of the nature of the 3D printing process, you may notice small layer lines, tiny cosmetic variations, or slight color differences between batches. These are normal characteristics of handmade, 3D printed products and are part of what makes each piece uniquely yours—they are not considered defects.
